{"id":20393,"date":"2020-11-19T06:44:13","date_gmt":"2020-11-19T03:44:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/?p=20393"},"modified":"2020-11-19T06:44:13","modified_gmt":"2020-11-19T03:44:13","slug":"training-of-rwandan-scholars-transitioning-from-secondary-school-to-university","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/fr\/training-of-rwandan-scholars-transitioning-from-secondary-school-to-university\/","title":{"rendered":"Formation d'universitaires rwandais passant de l'\u00e9cole secondaire \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le FAWE Rwanda, \u00e0 travers le Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program, s'appr\u00eate \u00e0 octroyer des bourses d'\u00e9tudes compl\u00e8tes \u00e0 9 boursiers qui passeront de l'\u00e9cole secondaire au niveau tertiaire \u00e0 la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2020. Une partie de la bourse comprend la fourniture d'ordinateurs portables pour faciliter l'acc\u00e8s et l'utilisation du contenu num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de pr\u00e9parer les boursiers dans des domaines tels que les comp\u00e9tences de leadership, l'estime de soi et la ma\u00eetrise de soi face au nouvel environnement auquel les boursiers seront confront\u00e9s au niveau tertiaire, le FAWE Rwanda a organis\u00e9 un atelier qui a r\u00e9uni les 9 boursiers pour partager leurs exp\u00e9riences et leurs aspirations professionnelles. C'est au cours de cet atelier qu'ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s aux comp\u00e9tences de base en mati\u00e8re d'entreprenariat et aux comp\u00e9tences essentielles de la vie qui leur serviront bien au-del\u00e0 des murs de la salle de classe.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, les boursiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture num\u00e9rique de base, notamment \u00e0 la navigation sur ordinateur, \u00e0 l'utilisation de Microsoft Office, \u00e0 l'\u00e9tiquette du courrier \u00e9lectronique, \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence en ligne et \u00e0 la navigation.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAujourd'hui, les \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur exigent des \u00e9tudiants qu'ils soumettent leurs projets et leurs travaux en ligne. On attend d'eux qu'ils poss\u00e8dent le savoir-faire technologique n\u00e9cessaire pour pouvoir taper un document, faire des recherches \u00e0 l'aide d'un moteur de recherche, envoyer un courrier \u00e9lectronique et utiliser l'internet en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.\u201d<\/em> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mme Antonia Mutoro, Coordinatrice nationale du FAWE au Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>Les conseillers d'orientation professionnelle de l'Universit\u00e9 du Rwanda et d'Inews Ruhengeri pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 l'atelier ont aid\u00e9 les boursiers \u00e0 effectuer un test d'\u00e9valuation de carri\u00e8re afin d'avoir une id\u00e9e claire des carri\u00e8res qu'ils peuvent poursuivre.
