Le programme Scholars aide les filles et les gar\u00e7ons dou\u00e9s sur le plan acad\u00e9mique et issus de milieux \u00e9conomiquement d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l'enseignement secondaire et sup\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 le terminer. Les boursiers parrain\u00e9s re\u00e7oivent une bourse compl\u00e8te qui comprend les frais de scolarit\u00e9, les uniformes, le mat\u00e9riel scolaire, l'assurance maladie et une allocation.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme des boursiers soutient actuellement 526 \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire en \u00c9thiopie et 826 universitaires au Rwanda.
