Ils partagent et transmettent avec douceur non seulement des connaissances formelles, mais aussi des id\u00e9aux de vie.<\/p>\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l'objectif de cette ann\u00e9e, la <strong>Journ\u00e9e mondiale des enseignants <\/strong>sous le th\u00e8me \u2018Les enfants de l'Europe\", qui a pour th\u00e8me \"Les enfants de l'Europe\".\u2018<strong>Enseignants : Diriger en temps de crise, r\u00e9imaginer l'avenir\u2019, <\/strong>l'\u00e9quipe de communication du FAWE a eu l'occasion de s'entretenir avec certains enseignants en \u00c9thiopie. Ces enseignants ont veill\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que l'apprentissage se poursuive malgr\u00e9 une pand\u00e9mie mondiale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Enseignant 1 : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>M. Dagnachew Worku est professeur de chimie \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole partenaire du programme Scholars de la Mastercard Foundation, Bashewam.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment la pand\u00e9mie a-t-elle affect\u00e9 l'\u00e9ducation ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le processus normal d'enseignement et d'apprentissage a \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9 par la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 qui a contraint les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 interrompre leurs \u00e9tudes avant d'avoir achev\u00e9 le programme de 2020. En cons\u00e9quence, le gouvernement a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le passage gratuit de tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans la classe sup\u00e9rieure, \u00e0 l'exception des \u00e9l\u00e8ves des classes 8 et 12 qui doivent passer des examens de fin d'\u00e9tudes sp\u00e9cifiques. Cette mesure aura un effet n\u00e9gatif sur les notes qu'ils obtiendront et sur leurs r\u00e9sultats aux examens nationaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment la pand\u00e9mie a-t-elle affect\u00e9 vos \u00e9l\u00e8ves en particulier ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 l'\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de COVID -19, mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contraints de rester chez eux pour leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Cela a conduit certains d'entre eux \u00e0 \u00e9prouver du stress et de l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 la partie la plus difficile du transfert de vos cours en ligne ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants \u00e9prouvent des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 passer aux cours en ligne en raison de l'absence d'une connectivit\u00e9 internet fiable et d'un manque de connaissances et de comp\u00e9tences technologiques.<\/p>\n<p>En tant qu'enseignant, je n'ai pas beaucoup de pouvoir pour contr\u00f4ler les \u00e9tudiants. Il est donc difficile de savoir quels sont les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui suivent r\u00e9ellement les cours et ceux qui ne les suivent pas. Il est \u00e9galement difficile de classer les \u00e9l\u00e8ves en fonction de leurs performances.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-19085 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/fawe.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/ET-teacher-Worku-233x300.png\"\" alt=\"\" width=\"233\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelles sont vos plus grandes inqui\u00e9tudes concernant l'enseignement en ligne ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ma plus grande pr\u00e9occupation est l'\u00e9valuation. Comme je l'ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit, je n'ai pas beaucoup de pouvoir pour contr\u00f4ler les \u00e9tudiants. Il faut mettre en place diff\u00e9rents types de syst\u00e8mes d'\u00e9valuation pour mesurer les performances des \u00e9tudiants. Cela permettra \u00e9galement de limiter le copier-coller des r\u00e9ponses fournies par d'autres \u00e9tudiants aux diff\u00e9rentes questions pos\u00e9es lors des sessions de cours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pourquoi \u00eates-vous devenu enseignant et qu'est-ce que vous aimez le plus dans l'enseignement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je suis devenue enseignante gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'influence positive de mes professeurs lorsque j'\u00e9tais encore au lyc\u00e9e. Je crois fermement que l'enseignement est la m\u00e8re de toutes les professions. J'exerce la profession d'enseignant depuis huit ans et je l'appr\u00e9cie parce qu'elle me donne l'occasion de fa\u00e7onner les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures. Cela me procure \u00e9galement une satisfaction morale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enseignant 2 : <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mme Tamrat Taye est une enseignante mentor senior dans le cadre du programme Mastercard Foundation Scholars. Elle enseigne \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole secondaire Hawassa Tabor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment la pand\u00e9mie a-t-elle affect\u00e9 l'\u00e9ducation ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie a surtout affect\u00e9 l'\u00e9ducation en raison des fermetures d'\u00e9coles. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves n'ont pas pu suivre rapidement le programme scolaire. Ils n'ont pas pu non plus acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience pratique dans le domaine des TIC, des exercices physiques et des diff\u00e9rentes exp\u00e9riences de laboratoire, ce qui a gravement nui \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l'enseignement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment la pand\u00e9mie a-t-elle affect\u00e9 vos \u00e9l\u00e8ves en particulier ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves se sentent d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9s et d\u00e9prim\u00e9s parce qu'ils ne vont pas \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole et ne fr\u00e9quentent pas leurs camarades. Ils sont \u00e9galement expos\u00e9s \u00e0 la violence sexiste, aux mariages pr\u00e9coces et au travail des enfants. J'ai l'impression qu'ils perdent leur sens de la comp\u00e9tition car il n'y a aucune forme d'\u00e9valuation actuellement en place, ce qui les d\u00e9courage d'\u00e9tudier dur.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignright wp-image-19086 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/fawe.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/FAWE-ET-Tamrat-231x300.png\"\" alt=\"\" width=\"231\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment pensez-vous que vos \u00e9l\u00e8ves se sont adapt\u00e9s ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans les \u00e9coles publiques, il n'y avait pas d'enseignement en ligne avant le projet Covid-19. Les \u00e9coles fournissaient aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves des notes sur papier pour les r\u00e9visions et d'autres usages. R\u00e9cemment, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont particip\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudes en ligne organis\u00e9es par le FAWE \u00c9thiopie. Ils ont \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9 des groupes Telegram dans lesquels ils m\u00e8nent des discussions acad\u00e9miques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 le plus grand d\u00e9fi et pourquoi ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le plus grand d\u00e9fi a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'absence d'une \u00e9valuation appropri\u00e9e. En cons\u00e9quence, nous constatons que de plus en plus d'\u00e9tudiants sont d\u00e9motiv\u00e9s dans leurs \u00e9tudes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De quoi \u00eates-vous fier ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La communaut\u00e9 s'est serr\u00e9 les coudes pour s'entraider en donnant du mat\u00e9riel sanitaire, de la nourriture et de l'argent aux personnes dans le besoin. \u00c0 mon avis, cela devrait continuer m\u00eame apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu'est-ce qui vous manque dans l'enseignement en personne ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La communication avec mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves et mes coll\u00e8gues me manque. L'environnement amical de l'\u00e9cole me manque \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pourquoi aimez-vous enseigner ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J'aime le temps que je passe avec mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves et je suis t\u00e9moin de leurs progr\u00e8s et de leur d\u00e9veloppement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Je me d\u00e9tends lorsque je suis \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole et j'oublie mes soucis et mon stress lorsque je suis avec mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pourquoi \u00eates-vous devenu enseignant ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce sont mes professeurs du primaire et du secondaire qui m'ont donn\u00e9 envie de devenir enseignante.
