{"id":18032,"date":"2020-08-24T01:20:37","date_gmt":"2020-08-23T22:20:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/?p=18032"},"modified":"2020-08-24T01:20:37","modified_gmt":"2020-08-23T22:20:37","slug":"empowered-adolescents-for-improved-quality-of-life","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fawe.org\/fr\/empowered-adolescents-for-improved-quality-of-life\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Des adolescents responsabilis\u00e9s pour une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de vie\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le Forum for African Women Educationalists Zimbabwe Chapter (FAWEZI), en partenariat avec Action Aid Zimbabwe (AAZ), Leonard Cheshire Disability Zimbabwe (LCDZ) et Aids Counselling Trust (ACT), a fait don d'\u00e9quipements de protection individuelle (EPI), de colis alimentaires et de v\u00eatements hygi\u00e9niques r\u00e9utilisables \u00e0 dix \u00e9coles situ\u00e9es dans les districts de Shamva et de Chitungwiza. Les \u00e9coles b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires sont Madziwa Mine Primary and Secondary, Wadzanai Primary and Secondary et Shamva Ming Chang Primary \u00e0 Shamva, Chaminuka et Tafadzwa Primary Schools, Seke 3, Seke 5 et Seke Mhuriiimwe High Schools \u00e0 Chitungwiza.<\/p>\n<p>La remise de ces dons a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e afin de compenser les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer le niveau de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la r\u00e9ouverture des \u00e9coles, conform\u00e9ment aux exigences de pr\u00e9vention du COVID-19, ainsi que le d\u00e9sespoir \u00e9conomique d\u00fb \u00e0 la fermeture du COVID 19. Les dons comprenaient des masques de protection, des seaux \u00e0 robinet, des combinaisons, des d\u00e9sinfectants, des paniers de nourriture et des serviettes hygi\u00e9niques r\u00e9utilisables. Les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires des paniers alimentaires \u00e9taient cent \u00e9l\u00e8ves orphelins et vuln\u00e9rables s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s parmi les membres du club FAWEZI Tuseme dans les \u00e9coles dans le cadre du projet \u2018Empowered Adolescents for Improved Quality of Life\u2019 (adolescents autonomes pour une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de vie).   Lors d'autres \u00e9v\u00e9nements distincts organis\u00e9s dans le cadre du m\u00eame projet, Leonard Cheshire Disability Zimbabwe et Aids Counselling Trust ont fait des dons \u00e0 734 m\u00e9nages vuln\u00e9rables, soignants, personnes souffrant de maladies chroniques et familles dirig\u00e9es par des enfants.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l'ensemble du projet, AAZ facilite les interventions de renforcement \u00e9conomique des m\u00e9nages (HES) et d'autonomisation \u00e9conomique afin de r\u00e9duire la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des adolescentes en renfor\u00e7ant la r\u00e9silience \u00e9conomique et en \u00e9largissant les opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques pour les m\u00e9nages d'adolescents. Cela se fera par le biais d'instruments de subsistance \u00e9prouv\u00e9s tels que les programmes d'\u00e9pargne et de pr\u00eat internes (ISALS), qui serviront de point d'entr\u00e9e pour la mise en place de services de renforcement \u00e9conomique des m\u00e9nages et de services de soutien aux adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p>Le FAWEZI apporte un programme d'autonomisation des filles appel\u00e9 \u2018Tuseme -Taura Unzwike -Khuluma uzwakale empowerment programme\u2019, qui utilise des techniques de th\u00e9\u00e2tre pour le d\u00e9veloppement afin de r\u00e9pondre aux pr\u00e9occupations qui entravent le d\u00e9veloppement social et acad\u00e9mique des filles. Ce programme sera utilis\u00e9 pour former les filles \u00e0 identifier et \u00e0 comprendre les probl\u00e8mes qui les affectent, \u00e0 les formuler et \u00e0 agir pour les r\u00e9soudre, tout en acqu\u00e9rant des comp\u00e9tences de vie, de la confiance en soi, des comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de prise de d\u00e9cision et de leadership.<\/p>\n<p>L'ACT se sp\u00e9cialise dans les outils de communication pour le changement de comportement, \u00e0 savoir Auntie Stella et Stepping stones. Ces outils ont prouv\u00e9 qu'ils donnaient des r\u00e9sultats positifs en permettant aux adolescents de s'affirmer. L'approche Auntie Stella est tr\u00e8s participative et fournit des conseils sur la mani\u00e8re de discuter de la sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive avec des adolescents de diff\u00e9rents groupes d'\u00e2ge. La m\u00e9thodologie des tremplins interroge les facteurs qui perp\u00e9tuent la violence \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard des femmes.<\/p>\n<p>LCDZ sera un acteur important du consortium, car elle apportera le facteur d'inclusion des personnes handicap\u00e9es. L'organisation attirera l'attention sur les personnes handicap\u00e9es dans les zones de projet et veillera \u00e0 ce qu'elles soient bien repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es.
