Troisi\u00e8me d'une famille de six enfants, elle est la seule personne de sa famille \u00e0 avoir re\u00e7u une \u00e9ducation universitaire.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 ses \u00e9tudes secondaires, elle avait perdu l'espoir de s'inscrire un jour dans l'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. Elle se serait r\u00e9sign\u00e9e \u00e0 un autre destin sans Beautiful World Canada, qui aide les jeunes filles rwandaises issues de familles pauvres et n'ayant pas obtenu de bons r\u00e9sultats scolaires \u00e0 obtenir une bourse du gouvernement rwandais. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette aide, elle a pu s'inscrire en licence de technologie de l'information \u00e0 l'IPRC de Kigali.<\/p>\n<p>Elle se souvient tr\u00e8s bien que le fait d'avoir grandi dans une famille pauvre l'a rendue humble, ce qui a fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 sa conduite. Elle est actuellement ministre de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes au Centre r\u00e9gional polytechnique int\u00e9gr\u00e9 (CRPI) de Kigali.<\/p>\n<p>Gloria a appris l'existence des bourses d'\u00e9tudes de Beautiful World Canada par l'interm\u00e9diaire de son compagnon qui avait b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d'un soutien similaire.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJ'esp\u00e8re inspirer d'autres filles d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es de ma famille et de ma communaut\u00e9. La confiance en soi et le travail acharn\u00e9 sont essentiels\u201d. Elle ajoute : \"J'esp\u00e8re inspirer d'autres filles d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es de ma famille et de ma communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L'histoire de Gloria sert \u00e0 inspirer d'autres filles au Rwanda qui pensent encore que l'enseignement et la formation techniques et professionnels (EFTP) sont l'apanage des gar\u00e7ons.
