L'objectif de ce s\u00e9minaire \u00e9tait de discuter des perspectives des filles sur les syst\u00e8mes de justice adapt\u00e9s aux enfants en Afrique.<\/p>\n<p>Les participants ont apport\u00e9 des contributions int\u00e9ressantes sur ce qui devrait \u00eatre fait pour que les filles aient acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la justice. Les filles ont unanimement reconnu que dans leurs pays respectifs, il est tr\u00e8s facile d'acc\u00e9der aux syst\u00e8mes judiciaires et d'\u00eatre en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les zones urbaines parce que les filles sont assez autonomes. Dans les zones rurales, en revanche, la situation est diff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n<p>S'agissant de ce qui constitue un syst\u00e8me judiciaire favorable aux filles, les filles ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu'il s'agit d'un syst\u00e8me dans lequel les droits des filles sont respect\u00e9s, prot\u00e9g\u00e9s et o\u00f9 leur voix est entendue ; un syst\u00e8me judiciaire qui administre la justice sans crainte et g\u00e8re les affaires sans discrimination, tout en \u00e9tant accommodant et amical envers les filles. Les filles de Dagoretti, par exemple, ont mentionn\u00e9 qu'il devrait y avoir des travailleurs sociaux dans les tribunaux qui veillent \u00e0 ce que les enfants comprennent pleinement leurs droits afin d'exiger la justice.<\/p>\n<p>En guise de conclusion, chaque jeune fille devait donner son avis sur ce qui devrait \u00eatre fait pour garantir un syst\u00e8me de justice favorable aux filles. Les r\u00e9ponses suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9es par les filles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Des mesures devraient \u00eatre prises dans le cadre du syst\u00e8me judiciaire de l'enfant. Elle souhaite \u00e9galement que de nombreuses personnes soutiennent les enfants.<\/li>\n<li>Nous ne pouvons pas agir seuls ; nous avons besoin d'aide<\/li>\n<li>Les filles doivent obtenir justice, car si la justice n'est pas rendue, les cas continueront \u00e0 se produire.<\/li>\n<li>Des mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires doivent \u00eatre mises en place pour prot\u00e9ger les petites filles contre les abus.<\/li>\n<li>Le gouvernement devrait imposer l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de justice adapt\u00e9 aux filles pour les filles confront\u00e9es \u00e0 un mariage pr\u00e9coce, car les syst\u00e8mes de justice informels ne rendent pas justice aux filles.<\/li>\n<li>Les gouvernements devraient cr\u00e9er des syst\u00e8mes de signalement qui soient conviviaux pour les filles et qui ne subissent pas d'interf\u00e9rences de la part de personnes susceptibles d'interf\u00e9rer dans les affaires.<\/li>\n<li>Nous devons commencer \u00e0 nous battre pour nos propres droits et mettre en place des moyens de nous faire entendre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Des repr\u00e9sentants du Nigeria, du Malawi, du Kenya, du Mali, du Rwanda, de l'\u00c9gypte, du Zimbabwe et de la Zambie ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la session, qui a enregistr\u00e9 un total de 504 vues sur YouTube et Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>Pour consulter le rapport complet, cliquez ici : <a href=\"https:\/\/fawe.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Webinar-report-Child-Friendly-Justice-Girls-perspective_Final-3-1.pdf\"\">Rapport du webinaire - Justice adapt\u00e9e aux enfants, le point de vue des filles_Final 3<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 15th June 2020, FAWE in collaboration with Plan International, Mtoto News and Rozaria Memorial Trust hosted an all girls\u2019 webinar.
