Le programme sera mis en \u0153uvre dans les r\u00e9gions pauvres et en proie \u00e0 l'ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, afin d'am\u00e9liorer la scolarisation et la r\u00e9tention des apprenants dans les centres de d\u00e9veloppement de la petite enfance et dans le premier cycle de l'\u00e9ducation de base.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux objectifs du programme sont de jeter les bases d'un programme d'alimentation scolaire durable, d\u00e9tenu et g\u00e9r\u00e9 au niveau national, et de veiller \u00e0 ce que les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s soient consolid\u00e9s et am\u00e9lior\u00e9s, en particulier dans les r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 le niveau d'\u00e9ducation est nettement inf\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Pour atteindre l'objectif principal d'un programme durable d'alimentation scolaire \u00e0 domicile (HGSFP), il est n\u00e9cessaire de planifier la transition vers une appropriation et une gestion nationales, par le biais de la production, de l'achat, de la transformation et de l'enrichissement des aliments \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelon local.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que pour que l'alimentation scolaire locale soit une r\u00e9ussite, la source de nourriture et le financement des repas scolaires doivent \u00eatre localis\u00e9s. Les \u00e9coliers seront nourris avec des produits locaux qui leur sont familiers et la communaut\u00e9 devra donc assumer la responsabilit\u00e9 de la gestion de l'alimentation scolaire. Pour renforcer davantage le programme HGSFP, les jardins scolaires seront renforc\u00e9s afin qu'ils puissent compl\u00e9ter l'alimentation fournie par la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>FAWEGAM et deux autres ONG sont charg\u00e9es de former des comit\u00e9s de gestion alimentaire et de contr\u00f4ler l'application des comp\u00e9tences et le niveau d'implication de la communaut\u00e9 au niveau de la mise en \u0153uvre. Les comit\u00e9s sont compos\u00e9s de membres de la communaut\u00e9, d'autorit\u00e9s scolaires et d'\u00e9tudiants. Ces membres ont une bonne connaissance de la gestion des programmes, de la logistique, de l'approvisionnement, du suivi et de l'\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n<p>La communaut\u00e9 doit s'approprier pleinement le programme en s'impliquant dans toutes les \u00e9tapes de la mise en \u0153uvre. Leurs r\u00f4les et responsabilit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 clairement d\u00e9finis au cours des formations.
