Le projet Echidna IV est une initiative r\u00e9gionale men\u00e9e par le FAWE pour susciter un changement syst\u00e9mique dans l'\u00e9ducation des filles par le biais d'un plaidoyer fond\u00e9 sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, d'une p\u00e9dagogie int\u00e9grant le genre et d'une collaboration renforc\u00e9e entre les parties prenantes. Mis en \u0153uvre au Nigeria, \u00e0 Zanzibar et en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), le projet r\u00e9pond aux in\u00e9galit\u00e9s persistantes entre les sexes qui continuent de limiter l'acc\u00e8s des filles \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 les progr\u00e8s significatifs r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en Afrique.
Au cours des deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, le continent a fait des progr\u00e8s notables en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation des filles, notamment en augmentant le taux de scolarisation et en renfor\u00e7ant l'engagement politique. Toutefois, des barri\u00e8res socioculturelles profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9es, des conflits, la pauvret\u00e9 et une faible mise en \u0153uvre des politiques continuent d'exclure de nombreuses filles de l'\u00e9ducation, en particulier dans les contextes fragiles et marginalis\u00e9s. Les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s au niveau des salles de classe, les pratiques d'enseignement peu sensibles au genre et la participation restreinte des filles aux postes de direction renforcent encore ces disparit\u00e9s.
Echidna IV s'attaque directement \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis en renfor\u00e7ant les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs et les communaut\u00e9s par le biais d'une approche globale et fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es probantes. Le projet se concentre sur l'institutionnalisation de la p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre, sur l'autonomisation des communaut\u00e9s par le biais de mod\u00e8les tels que les clubs de m\u00e8res et les plateformes de leadership pour les filles, et sur l'avancement des r\u00e9formes politiques par le biais d'un plaidoyer strat\u00e9gique aux niveaux national, r\u00e9gional et mondial.<\/p>

Objectifs du programme<\/strong><\/p>

Le projet vise \u00e0 :
I. Promouvoir un apprentissage accessible, \u00e9quitable et inclusif pour les filles en renfor\u00e7ant la mise en \u0153uvre des politiques aux niveaux r\u00e9gional et national.
II. Am\u00e9liorer les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs en institutionnalisant et en int\u00e9grant la p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre dans la formation des enseignants et la pratique en classe.
III. Renforcer les capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles et techniques au sein du r\u00e9seau du FAWE afin de soutenir les r\u00e9formes \u00e9ducatives localis\u00e9es et la collaboration entre les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes.
IV. G\u00e9n\u00e9rer et utiliser des donn\u00e9es probantes et des enseignements pour \u00e9clairer les politiques, mettre \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle des interventions efficaces et promouvoir une \u00e9ducation transformatrice en mati\u00e8re de genre dans tous les pays.
Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce programme, le FAWE renforce la capacit\u00e9 de son r\u00e9seau et de ses partenaires \u00e0 dispenser une \u00e9ducation transformatrice en mati\u00e8re de genre, tout en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant et en utilisant des donn\u00e9es pour informer les politiques et les pratiques.
