WELLSPRING PHILANTHROPIC <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le FAWE, par le biais du programme Wellspring Philanthropy Fund, continue de d\u00e9fendre l'avancement de l'\u00e9ducation des filles \u00e0 travers l'Afrique subsaharienne, avec un accent particulier sur le Soudan du Sud, la Tanzanie et le Zanzibar. Cette initiative triennale, qui s'\u00e9tend de 2023 \u00e0 2025, vise \u00e0 lever les obstacles syst\u00e9miques qui entravent l'\u00e9ducation des filles et le bon fonctionnement d'environnements \u00e9ducatifs de qualit\u00e9. Le programme est con\u00e7u pour int\u00e9grer les mod\u00e8les de meilleures pratiques du FAWE - TUSEME, Centres d'excellence (COE), et P\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre (GRP) - dans un cadre global qui s'occupe \u00e0 la fois du bien-\u00eatre \u00e9ducatif et social des filles dans les r\u00e9gions cibl\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

L'objectif principal du programme est de faire \u00e9voluer les politiques et d'am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats scolaires des filles par le biais d'un plaidoyer fond\u00e9 sur des donn\u00e9es probantes et des meilleures pratiques. Le plaidoyer consistera notamment \u00e0 garantir l'utilisation de donn\u00e9es probantes dans l'\u00e9laboration des politiques en menant des recherches sur les questions relatives aux approches efficaces de l'\u00e9ducation des filles, en promouvant la certification de la p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre pour les enseignants en formation initiale, en documentant les approches r\u00e9ussies en mati\u00e8re de promotion de l'\u00e9ducation des filles en Afrique sur la base de la riche exp\u00e9rience du FAWE, et en renfor\u00e7ant la capacit\u00e9 des sections nationales du FAWE \u00e0 plaider en faveur de politiques qui \u00e9limineront les obstacles auxquels les filles sont confront\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Le programme a remarquablement atteint des niveaux gratifiants gr\u00e2ce au soutien du Wellspring Philanthropy Fund et \u00e0 une collaboration diversifi\u00e9e avec des parties prenantes importantes telles que les minist\u00e8res de l'\u00e9ducation et de la sant\u00e9. Le programme a impliqu\u00e9 deux \u00e9coles secondaires et un coll\u00e8ge en Tanzanie, o\u00f9 une formation \u00e0 la p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre a \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9e \u00e0 30 enseignants en formation. Deux clubs TUSEME ont mis en place des forums suppl\u00e9mentaires pour le d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences en leadership et la d\u00e9fense des droits des filles. D'autre part, \u00e0 Zanzibar, deux \u00e9coles secondaires, deux coll\u00e8ges et 30 enseignants en formation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s \u00e0 la p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre. Deux clubs TUSEME ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s \u00e0 Zanzibar.
