The halls of the Crans Montana Forum, a global epicentre for high-level dialogue, played host to a critical conversation on the future of leadership. It was there that FAWE Africa, represented by its esteemed Chairperson, the Honourable A\u00efcha Bah Diallo, proudly took its place among world leaders. The organisation was honoured to participate in a pivotal panel discussion titled “Women’s Leadership, Resilience and Responsibility in a Changing World” during the Forum\u2019s Annual Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each year, the Forum assembled a constellation of high-level personalities and decision-makers from every corner of the globe. It provided a vital platform where they convened to exchange perspectives and grapple with the most pressing challenges confronting our societies. This year\u2019s edition was no different, yet the conversation carried a particular urgency. At FAWE Africa, this principle lay at the very core of its mission. The organisation remained steadfast in its commitment to creating opportunities for women and girls to participate fully in decision-making processes. It worked tirelessly to ensure they could contribute their experience, vision, and leadership to the noble task of building more peaceful, inclusive, and resilient societies across the African continent and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
