It\u2019s a blueprint for <\/span><b>generational change<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge that Nourishes \u2013 and Liberates<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the heart of the sessions are essential life pillars:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2705<\/span> <b>Nutrition<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2705<\/span> <b>Health<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2705<\/span> <b>Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2705<\/span> <b>Gender Equality<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2705<\/span> <b>School Feeding Programs<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each module is designed not just to inform, but to <\/span><b>empower girls to become community advocates<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014able to teach, lead, and inspire others. These girls are no longer passive recipients of aid or knowledge; they are <\/span><b>multipliers of change<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, shaping the health and equity outcomes of their schools and villages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The training emphasizes <\/span><b>peer education<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, encouraging girls to step into leadership roles and tackle real issues facing their communities\u2014from early marriage to menstrual hygiene management to school absenteeism. In these interactive sessions, confidence takes root. Young girls who once sat quietly at the back are now <\/span><b>leading conversations, facilitating group work, and proposing solutions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt\u2019s not just what we learn\u2014it\u2019s what we do with it,\u201d said one 15-year-old participant from Kerewan. \u201cNow I can stand and speak for my rights and help others understand theirs.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What makes this programme exceptional is its <\/span><b>sustainability by design<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
