From the first moment, there was something sacred in the air: the sharing of lived experience. The mentors\u2014some seasoned, others newly stepping into their role\u2014opened up about their journeys. About the shy girl who now leads debates. About the dropout who found her way back. About the girl who simply needed to be told, \u201cyou matter.\u201d<\/p>\n
It wasn\u2019t always easy. There were stories of setbacks, of not knowing the right words, of facing resistance. But even in the challenges, there was power because mentorship, as one participant put it, is not about having all the answers\u2014it\u2019s about showing up, again and again, until a girl begins to believe in herself.<\/p>\n
