But for us, something was different \u2014 we had the rare privilege of being joined in-person by\u00a0Kossi Aim\u00e9 Tsenou, Senior Communications Officer at the Regional Secretariat, who happened to be in Ghana on an official mission.<\/p>\n<p>To describe his presence as enriching would be an understatement. It was catalytic. From the way he guided everyone through the depths of FAWE\u2019s Communication Strategy and Brand Manual to the clarity he brought in redefining how we present our impact \u2014 every moment reminded them that communication is not just about saying things right, but about saying the right things, for the right reason, and in a way that reaches hearts.<\/p>\n<p>The training was not just about logos, colors, or captions \u2014 though they did delve into FAWE\u2019s new branding and how to use it powerfully. It was about unlocking communication as a tool for change. We explored strategies that connect deeply with communities, storytelling that reflects cultural truths, and advocacy that\u2019s powered by data, not just desire.<\/p>\n<p>A major\u00a0takeaway? The reminder that Champions for Change are not just a program label \u2014 they are people. Voices. Stories. Faces of transformation and how we position them matters.<\/p>\n<p>The FAWE Ghana team\u00a0\u00a0left the session not just with notes and slides, but with renewed intention.
