Education is vital for the development and success of any individual, regardless of gender. However, education for girls and women is particularly important in the context of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) because it has the potential to greatly benefit the continent as a whole. Women are the drivers of the African economy. SMEs run by women account for close to 60 per cent of Africa’s GDP, creating about 450 million jobs. <\/p>\n
