From February 3rd to 28th, 2025, FAWE Senegal had the pleasure of hosting four interns specializing in Entrepreneurship and Project Management (CEGP) from IFACE (Institut de Formation en Affaires et Compétences Entrepreneuriales). This month-long internship was a journey of learning, collaboration, and shared experiences, leaving a lasting impact on both the interns and the FAWE team.

A Month of Learning and Growth 
The internship program was designed to provide the interns with hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and project management, while also allowing them to contribute to FAWE’s mission of promoting girls’ education and women’s empowerment. Throughout the month, the interns worked closely with FAWE’s management team, gaining valuable insights into the organization’s operations and initiatives.

Together, the team and the interns shared enriching experiences, fostering a spirit of collaboration and mutual learning. The interns’ dedication, professionalism, and determination were highly appreciated, and their contributions added immense value to FAWE’s ongoing projects.

A Heartfelt Farewell 
As the internship came to an end, FAWE Senegal celebrated the achievements of the interns and expressed gratitude for their hard work and commitment. The closing ceremony was a moment of reflection and celebration, with heartfelt messages from the interns, the HR Manager, and the Project Coordinator.
