Shem is responsible for designing and delivering knowledge management strategies and infrastructure for FAWE that will allow to develop, capture and share best practices from the strategic initiatives. He supports information gathering, data management, quality assurance and reporting processes. In addition, he provides support in generating knowledge products and strengthening data and resource utilization that will enhance decision making and influence FAWE key stakeholders to contribute to girls’ education agenda in Africa.
Shem holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from The University of Nairobi. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology & Communication from the same University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Monitoring and Evaluation of Population and Development Programmes from the same institution.
