ANNOUNCING THE WINNERS OF THE FAWE - INTEL Africa Girls STEM Competition 2014

FAWE held its Inaugural Africa Girls Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) competition finals during its 9th General Assembly held from 13th to 15th of August 2014 in Nairobi, Kenya. Abigail Buerkour Mortey a form 2 student at Adonten Senior High School, Aburi, Akwapem, Ghana scoped the first prize for presenting an innovative project on how to produce a mosquito repellent from fresh leaves of the Suaveolens.
