FAWE partners with Intel UK in the Stem Regional Fair

FAWE Regional Office in partnership with INTEL (UK) is hosting a Science & Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Competition across 15 countries in Sub Saharan Africa. The finals of this event will culminate into a STEM Fair to be held in Nairobi on the 14th and 15th of August 2014. The FAWE STEM Regional Fair, for girls, was initiated as a means to inspire young female innovators for Africa by Africans. The competition will be organized at school, country, and regional levels.

Two finalists from each of the participating countries will be awarded. This will take place during FAWE’s Alumni Youth Conference and General Assembly to held August 2014. The Fair will Award and Celebrate the Young Girls’ talent in Science & Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
