13 - 15 February 2017

FAWE will participate in a three-day Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) Regional Grantees and Partners Meeting hosted by The David and Lucile Foundation 13—15 February 2017 in Addis Ababa Ethiopia.

The Packard Foundation holds bi-annual Grantees and Partners meetings in order to conduct a status evaluation, learning and sharing of challenges, successes and experiences with their partners. This year’s meeting will focus on ‘Learning’ both from programs and evidence from the 20 Sub Saharan regional grantees the Foundation works with.

Since 2010, FAWE and the David and Lucile Packard Foundation have partnered to roll out a collaborative programme dubbed Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR) in two phases (2011-2013, 2014-2016). This programme has been implemented in six countries namely Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Ghana and Zambia.
