La visite comprenait une r\u00e9union du personnel dans les bureaux du FAWE Lib\u00e9ria, un examen du rapport du Plan d'action, et un examen complet des documents en vue de la mise en \u0153uvre de la Phase II du programme au Lib\u00e9ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du Secr\u00e9tariat r\u00e9gional du FAWE \u00e9tait dirig\u00e9e par la Directrice ex\u00e9cutive adjointe, Mme Teresa Omondi-Adeitan, accompagn\u00e9e du Directeur des finances et de l'administration, M. Richard Chelagat, de la Responsable principale des programmes, Mme Emily Gumba, et de la Responsable des finances, Mme Catherine Badji. L'\u00e9quipe du FAWE Lib\u00e9ria \u00e9tait dirig\u00e9e par la Directrice ex\u00e9cutive, Mme Millias Sherrif, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la Pr\u00e9sidente du Conseil d'administration du FAWE Lib\u00e9ria. La Fondation Mastercard \u00e9tait repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par M. George Kronnisanyon Werner, qui s'est joint \u00e0 la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation pour des engagements cl\u00e9s tout au long de la visite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La visite de courtoisie de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation au Minist\u00e8re de l'\u00e9ducation du Lib\u00e9ria a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'un des temps forts de la mission conjointe de suivi. La Directrice ex\u00e9cutive adjointe du FAWE RS, Mme Teresa Omondi-Adeitan, la Pr\u00e9sidente du Conseil d'administration et Directrice ex\u00e9cutive du FAWE Lib\u00e9ria, et le repr\u00e9sentant de la Fondation Mastercard, M. George Werner, ont conduit l'\u00e9quipe au minist\u00e8re, o\u00f9 les discussions ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l'engagement du FAWE \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le minist\u00e8re afin d'assurer la mise en \u0153uvre harmonieuse du programme de la phase II. Le soutien et les conseils du Minist\u00e8re ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnus comme essentiels au succ\u00e8s de l'initiative, et les deux parties ont convenu d'approfondir la collaboration autour des priorit\u00e9s partag\u00e9es pour l'\u00e9ducation des filles, le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et l'acc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable aux opportunit\u00e9s d'apprentissage au Lib\u00e9ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout au long de la visite, l'\u00e9quipe s'est engag\u00e9e dans des sessions d'examen cibl\u00e9es dans les bureaux du FAWE Lib\u00e9ria, en examinant le rapport du Plan d'action et d'autres documents cl\u00e9s pour s'assurer de la pr\u00e9paration op\u00e9rationnelle, de la responsabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re et de l'alignement programmatique avec les objectifs de la Phase II du programme FAWE\/Fondation Mastercard. Ces activit\u00e9s ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 l'approche coordonn\u00e9e du FAWE en mati\u00e8re de suivi, de renforcement des partenariats et de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 une mise en \u0153uvre efficace au niveau national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La visite de suivi conjointe s'est conclue par des engagements renouvel\u00e9s de la part de toutes les parties prenantes afin de maintenir l'\u00e9lan, d'aborder les d\u00e9fis \u00e9mergents de mani\u00e8re proactive et de respecter les normes les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de sauvegarde, d'inclusion et de programmation transformatrice en mati\u00e8re de genre.
