Mais ici, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 publiquement, officiellement, r\u00e9\u00e9crit. Hadja Aisha Traor\u00e9 n'est pas une exception \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle ; elle est le nouveau mod\u00e8le. Femme de conviction, de rigueur et d'impact, sa trajectoire - depuis son r\u00f4le novateur de premi\u00e8re femme chef de cabinet au minist\u00e8re de l'enseignement pr\u00e9-universitaire jusqu'\u00e0 son poste actuel de directrice des partenariats au FAWE Guin\u00e9e - est une le\u00e7on de ma\u00eetre en mati\u00e8re d'influence durable.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9compense n'est pas seulement le fruit d'un travail bien fait. Il s'agissait d'une ratification d'un h\u00e9ritage. Il c\u00e9l\u00e9brait le type de leadership qui permet de construire des syst\u00e8mes plut\u00f4t que de simplement occuper des postes. Son travail, aujourd'hui au FAWE Guin\u00e9e, est le prolongement logique de son mandat minist\u00e9riel - une campagne de toute une vie pour s'assurer que la porte de la salle de classe est ouverte, et que le chemin au-del\u00e0 est clair, pour chaque fille.<\/p>\n<p>L'importance de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 amplifi\u00e9e par la constellation de t\u00e9moins. La pr\u00e9sence de Mme A\u00efcha Bah, pr\u00e9sidente du FAWE Afrique, a transform\u00e9 l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement d'une reconnaissance nationale en une approbation panafricaine. Elle a montr\u00e9 que l'excellence de M. Traor\u00e9 est un atout pour le continent. En outre, la participation de M. Jean Paul CEDY, ministre de l'\u00e9ducation nationale, n'\u00e9tait pas simplement protocolaire. Elle repr\u00e9sentait l'\u00c9tat lui-m\u00eame s'alignant sur le principe selon lequel le leadership des femmes n'est pas seulement bienvenu, mais essentiel au progr\u00e8s national.<\/p>\n<p>Ce \u201cgeste symbolique\u201d, comme le dit le langage officiel, est en fait profond\u00e9ment mat\u00e9riel.
