{"id":70950,"date":"2025-10-14T06:16:34","date_gmt":"2025-10-14T03:16:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fawe.org\/?p=70950"},"modified":"2025-10-14T06:16:34","modified_gmt":"2025-10-14T03:16:34","slug":"fawe-africa-joins-pacted-2025-to-champion-gender-responsive-teacher-education","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/fawe.org\/fr\/fawe-africa-joins-pacted-2025-to-champion-gender-responsive-teacher-education\/","title":{"rendered":"Le FAWE Afrique s'associe \u00e0 PACTED 2025 pour promouvoir une formation des enseignants sensible au genre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le FAWE Afrique a particip\u00e9 avec fiert\u00e9 \u00e0 la Conf\u00e9rence panafricaine sur la formation des enseignants (PACTED 2025) le 2 octobre 2025, pour une session de l'apr\u00e8s-midi sous le th\u00e8me : <em>\u201cResponsabiliser les \u00e9ducateurs pour un apprentissage inclusif et transformateur : D\u00e9veloppement professionnel des enseignants pour une p\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre en Afrique\u201d.\u201d<\/em> Cette plateforme de haut niveau, organis\u00e9e par l'Union africaine, a r\u00e9uni les principaux acteurs de l'\u00e9ducation afin de renforcer la collaboration sur le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel des enseignants et les pratiques p\u00e9dagogiques inclusives \u00e0 travers le continent.<\/p>\n<p>La session a r\u00e9uni un panel exceptionnel d'experts et de partenaires travaillant \u00e0 l'avant-garde de l'\u00e9ducation sensible au genre. Le Dr Martha R. L. Muhwezi, Directrice ex\u00e9cutive du FAWE Afrique, a d\u00e9livr\u00e9 un message convaincant soulignant l'engagement du FAWE \u00e0 promouvoir la P\u00e9dagogie sensible au genre (PSG) en tant que moteur cl\u00e9 de l'apprentissage inclusif. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 rejointe par M. Boubakar Yougbar\u00e9 (UA\/CIEFFA), Dr. Quentin Wodon (UNESCO IICBA), Likho Bottoman (Directeur de la coh\u00e9sion sociale et de l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 dans l'\u00e9ducation, Afrique du Sud), Evelyne Nyongesa (VVOB), et Catherine S. Asego (FAWE Afrique). Leurs contributions ont soulign\u00e9 l'urgence de doter les \u00e9ducateurs d'outils et de comp\u00e9tences transformateurs pour lutter contre les disparit\u00e9s entre les sexes dans les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dialogue collaboratif a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 la vision collective de construire une formation des enseignants \u00e9quitable, inclusive et sensible au genre en Afrique. Le FAWE Afrique continue de d\u00e9fendre la PRG en tant que levier essentiel pour la r\u00e9alisation de l'\u00e9ducation pour tous, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les filles et les gar\u00e7ons apprennent dans des environnements qui respectent leurs besoins et leur potentiel.
