A travers ce plan strat\u00e9gique, le FAWE s'est r\u00e9engag\u00e9 \u00e0 poursuivre son action en faveur de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes dans et \u00e0 travers l'\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n<p>Le plan strat\u00e9gique se concentre sur trois objectifs strat\u00e9giques, \u00e0 savoir<\/p>\n<p><strong>SO1 :<\/strong> Am\u00e9liorer l'offre et l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation et \u00e0 une formation de qualit\u00e9 pour les filles et les femmes en Afrique, <strong>SO2 :<\/strong> Am\u00e9liorer la production et l'utilisation des r\u00e9sultats de la recherche pour \u00e9clairer la politique et la pratique de l'\u00e9ducation, et <strong>SO3 :<\/strong> Renforcer les capacit\u00e9s institutionnelles et am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle du r\u00e9seau FAWE.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u201cLe Plan strat\u00e9gique 2024-2028 du FAWE repr\u00e9sente notre vision de l'avenir. Il s'agit d'un cadre global qui fixe des objectifs et des strat\u00e9gies ambitieux pour aborder les questions complexes qui entravent la r\u00e9alisation de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les sexes dans l'\u00e9ducation \u201d. a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 A\u00efcha Bah Diallo, Pr\u00e9sidente du Conseil d'administration du FAWE Afrique.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Chaque objectif est align\u00e9 sur des activit\u00e9s et des \u00e9tapes sp\u00e9cifiques con\u00e7ues pour apporter un changement tangible. En se concentrant sur ces grands domaines cl\u00e9s, le FAWE peut faire tomber les barri\u00e8res, remettre en question les normes sociales et cr\u00e9er un environnement propice \u00e0 l'\u00e9panouissement des filles et des femmes par le biais de l'\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>S'exprimant lors de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement de lancement, l'Honorable Douglas Syakalima, Ministre de l'Education de Zambie, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u201cLe Plan strat\u00e9gique du FAWE s'aligne parfaitement sur les objectifs de l'Education nationale, en mettant l'accent sur l'inclusivit\u00e9 et l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances pour tous. En Zambie, o\u00f9 les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation persistent, le FAWE est apparu comme une lueur d'espoir. Par le biais de diverses initiatives, l'organisation a travaill\u00e9 sans rel\u00e2che \u00e0 l'\u00e9limination des barri\u00e8res qui entravent le parcours \u00e9ducatif, en particulier pour les jeunes filles\u201d.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le nouveau Plan strat\u00e9gique du FAWE d\u00e9finit une vision audacieuse pour la promotion de l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et l'autonomisation des filles et des femmes par le biais de l'\u00e9ducation \u00e0 travers l'Afrique. Guid\u00e9 par l'engagement in\u00e9branlable du FAWE \u00e0 assurer un acc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable \u00e0 un apprentissage de qualit\u00e9, ce plan trace la voie vers la promotion d'une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9 pour les filles et les femmes.<br \/>\nen Afrique.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des trois derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, le FAWE s'est engag\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des gouvernements, des partenaires locaux, des \u00e9coles et des communaut\u00e9s pour plaider en faveur de l'int\u00e9gration du genre et pour influencer l'\u00e9laboration et la mise en \u0153uvre de politiques et d'interventions visant \u00e0 promouvoir l'\u00e9ducation des filles et des femmes en Afrique. Le FAWE s'est fait le champion de la promotion de l'\u00e9ducation et de l'autonomisation des filles et des femmes en Afrique. Cette p\u00e9riode a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par des progr\u00e8s significatifs dans le domaine de l'\u00e9ducation, et le FAWE a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la conduite de cette transformation.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u201cJe suis profond\u00e9ment fi\u00e8re des \u00e9tapes remarquables franchies au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es dans le cadre de notre plan strat\u00e9gique et de l'h\u00e9ritage durable construit au cours des 30 ann\u00e9es d'existence du FAWE. Ensemble, nous avons autonomis\u00e9 d'innombrables filles \u00e0 travers l'Afrique, en brisant les barri\u00e8res et en ouvrant les portes de l'\u00e9ducation. Alors que nous entamons le prochain chapitre avec notre nouveau plan strat\u00e9gique, je suis pleine d'optimisme.
