Throughout the visit, the team engaged in focused review sessions at the FAWE Liberia offices, examining the Action Plan report and other key documents to ensure operational readiness, financial accountability, and programmatic alignment with the goals of the FAWE/Mastercard Foundation Phase II program. These activities demonstrated FAWE’s coordinated approach to monitoring, partnership strengthening, and ensuring readiness for impactful implementation at the country level.
